Satin Silk Long Sleeve & Shorts Pajamas - Champagne

Are you kidding me right now? The nerve you have to send me a feedback survey with it saying “you received your order 14 days ago”This is a freaking joke. Let’s see:

1. Ordered x6 pajama sets
2. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything from the company (tracking info, shipment, etc), I reached out only to be told that the tracking would be updated that night & my package would get delivered in 2-3 days
3. No tracking info nor shipment, reached out again to get some BS excuse, never answering my question of where my package is. Only for the “owner” Britney to tell me that I would receive my package by the end of the week. Another joke!
4. More days go by and finally sent a tracking number which says “preshipment” and that the package had yet to be dropped off at USPS even though the company said in fact it was shipped. Contacted the company again who then offered a refund & guaranteed my package would be delivered.
5. Gave the company another chance which I shouldn’t have. Asked for a full refund
6. Full refund took 10 days!!! Ridiculous!
7. NEVER received this so called package, this company is a joke. A fraudulent company. A scam.
If I could give you 0 stars I would. I hope you never do this to anyone else. Don’t know what kind of business you’re running here but it’s really mean to steal people’s money like that & lie multiple times.
